Bilingual-English/Spanish Admin Ass.

The Northwest Houston Branch of Randstad is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant & Logistic Coordinator. The candidate for this position must be bilingual in both English and Spanish as you will be speaking with customers in the US as well as Columbia and other spanish speaking countires. This position is a temp to hire position and will start off as a PART-TIME position.
Job Description-----
Logistic coordination duties:
-Process all spare parts orders
-Create purchase orders in GPIC software
-Update Excel order follow up spreadsheet
-Print manual for pumps and spare parts list
-Logistics spare parts and pumps
-Bill customers
Administrative Assistant duties:
-Answer phones
-Receive mail and dispatch
-Order office supplies
-Travel arrangement, hotel reservations for company visitors, car reservations
-General office keep up and clean up
Working hours: 1st shift
Experience with MS Word and Excel is necessary, Quickbooks, Bilingual in English/Spanish
